'It was a great stay in a friendly, quiet, walkable neighbourhood. Very neat, clean, cozy and well organized place. The pictures are accurate. Checking in and out was easy. Access to highways, shopping and things to do are close and convenient, especially Old Town. Host left clear instructions for guests and plenty of info for local attractions. 'This home was not what we expected based on the listing. We were confused about the aid conditioning system. Seems its much different than normal. There was some.pre-existing minor damage to a window and window blind upon our arrival. We ignored it based on the obvious age of the home, which almost looked like a vacant home. 'It was very comfortable to stay here. The hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of a long drive, and the space for the four of us was perfect to celebrate two birthday in comfort. 'The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else.'

'Communication with our host was wonderful. Very informative and friendly. The home was beautiful, very clean and felt welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and when we come visit family again we hope to be able to be in the same location. My children enjoyed the games that were offered and having some space when they needed a bit of down time for themselves.
