'The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially.
Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees.'

'Beautiful historic building that is now a hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, I expected a bit newer standard in the elements of the room. The location is perfect for sightseeing the most iconic parts of Santo Domingo.
The staff is very friendly and service was excellent, food was very good as well and we would stay again if we are to visit Santo Domingo again. Great fast check in, fast check out, well run hotel. '

'The hotel is very nice and pretty. Only thing I didnt like is that the inside of the walk in shower wasnt very clean. All around the edge was very dark, brownish. I also saw the cleaning lady doing something quite nasty. She mopped the inside of the walk in shower and continued mopping the rest of the room with that same water. Very disappointed!'

'The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, plus one half bath. It includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, washer, and dryer. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained.
There are two to three comfortable sofas in the apartment, and the space is large enough to accommodate 10–12 people easily. We were a group of seven and stayed very comfortably with no issues at all.
