'We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

'Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around...

'Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse.'

'Zeer leuk verblijf gehad in een bruisende buurt, maar eens je het appartement binnen komt zit je in een oase van rust op je eigen terras. De wandeling naar het historisch centrum duurt 5 minuten en is perfect te doen. Ook openbaar vervoer is op 2 minuten afstand om naar de luchthaven te geraken!'

'This apartment was even better than pictured! Everything was very nice and clean. The outdoor patio is perfect. The apartment is right across the river in walking distance to main streets and right next to a grocery store and park. It also feels like you have your own private place since the door is only for access to the apartment. 'The apartment was absolutely perfect as a base to explore the lovely city of Valencia. It was right in the middle of the historic old town , a few minutes stroll to the central market . It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed having breakfast or drinks on the large terrace - an added bonus! There are plenty of cafes , bars and restaurants within walking distance . It's an easy city to navigate on foot and you can walk to the beach in about an hour though a taxi journey is cheap and...

"Wij verbleven met ons gezin (kind 9 jaar en een baby van 10 maanden) in hotel Beleret. De kamers waren abnormaal groot en het hotel werd dagelijks schoongemaakt! De ligging van het hotel is iets afgelegen, maar met de metro (5 min lopen) ben je in het centrum of vliegveld. Daarnaast is heb je op een paar meter afstand een aantal winkels waaronder de supermarkt. De bus kan je ook nemen die stopt letterlijk voor het hotel, maar dan ben je iets langer onderweg als je bijvoorbeeld naar het centrum wilt! "
