'The property is on a quiet street with easy walking access to the lake. The trees on the west side of the property helped keep the cabin cool in the afternoon. We appreciated the array of kitchen pots and pans, and the living room was spacious. We had originally planned to eat out a couple of times, but cooking and eating in the cabin just seemed so pleasant so we didn't stray for meals. '

'We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin close to the lake and the river, hiking and the town of Joseph. Liked the fenced back yard for our dog.'

'We were very impressed with the property and found it clean and well equipped. We were not successful, however, in getting access to the house using the code provided. We did try the back door and found that it was open. I was not happy with my contacts with Vacasa. After I waited for an opportunity to speak with a representative (1/2 hour) I suddenly was disconnected and had to call back and had to wait again for another 15 minutes. When I asked what the problem was he told me that Monday...

'Vacasa sent us directions to the lake house we cancelled instead of the new one on the river, so that caused some issues after driving all day (376 miles). It was upsetting but once i contacted them via text, they verified they made an error and sent the new directions. Still, we wasted a good hour trying to figure out the incorrect directions and everything. Thankfully, the correct cabin was beautiful as were the grounds and the beautiful raging river! It was a wonderful place...once we got...

'This property is in town and walkable to shops, restaurants, and museums. The setting is lovely with the river flowing by the backyard. The kitchen is well equipped, There’s room for visiting, relaxing, dining, watching TV, listening to albums, and playing board games. The beds and furniture are comfortable. There’s even a game room. And the backyard has a grill and that relaxing view of the river. There’s fishing close, as well as the tram to Mount Howard. This house and the area have something...

'We just loved, LOVED our stay at the Evan’s farm. When we arrived it was rainy and cold but that wood burning stove kept us soooo cozy. The tent heated up instantly. In the morning the clouds were gone and the view having our morning coffee was one of the best. We didn’t want to ever leave! Grady was very helpful and very available for any of our questions. I highly recommend staying at the Evan’s farm for a glamping experience! We will be back!!! '

'We liked the river, deck, beds, fabulous downstairs bedroom, price, location to activities. The table is great for the amount of people and for playing family games. What we didn't like toilet paper, pillows up stairs, no extra blankets, sheets or towels. We have already recommended to other family members and plan to stay again. It is a great relaxing place to stay. '

'Great home with an amazing back deck that has a wonderful view of the river! The sound of that river while sitting out there was fabulous!! The home was very clean and great comfortable beds! Only suggestion would be for some new pots and pans! We hope to visit again!'
