'The bed was comfortable. The decor nice. Bathroom and kitchen supplies adequate. Kitchen table and sofa were a good size for two and comfortable. Nice and quiet. However, the shower and kitchen sink were on the primitive side and the whole place could have stood a good wipe down.'

'Overall a very nice little place. It is right in front and beside houses so it’s not as secluded as it seems online. It states that it sleeps 3, a queen bed and a futon, however unless it’s a kid that is your 3rd guest, I’d not recommend this place as the futon is small. Everything else was great and they thought of lots of small details. '

'This house was perfect! Check-in and check-put was a breeze. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The beds were so comfortable and there were so many towels! The hot tub was amazing and so easy to use. The yard is huge with tons of space to relax and play! 'The home was perfect for our family. Great location (<10 minutes from Baylor). Owners put careful thought into the amenities provided; exceeded my expectations. Big back yard. My only regret is that we didn’t find this home sooner as my son just graduated from Baylor. '

'This was our 1st time staying at a VRBO and we had the best experience. We volunteered to fostering a neighbors dog and have 2 dogs of our own which now makes 3. 'We recently visited Waco to spend time with family who live there. The house is very roomy, with plenty of space to spread out and the location to shops, restaurants and interstate access is wonderful. We enjoyed all getting to eat together at the large table in the sunroom. The outdoor space is really great. We enjoyed using the pool several times. Communication with the homeowners was always quick and easy! We would definitely stay there again.'
