'The location of the Eros Hotel was wonderfull.
Unfortunately was that the only thing, it looked like that the reception was 24hr Kranky!
I went a several times to the reception to complain about the tons of dust in my room. But the didn’t do a thing or apologized (which is free).
During the check out, the guy didn’t asked me how my stay was which is bad. Or don’t they care?
So I told the guy that I wasn’t happy!! At all and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone, this because of the staff!...

'Voldeed prima aan onze verblijf, Netjes, hoewel in het begin de boeking niet goed was doorgevoerd gaf dit bij aankomst in de vroege ochtend behoorlijk frustraties. Het heeft wel even geduurd maar dit werd ook netjes opgelost. Verder was onze verblijf prima.

Vriendelijk en zeer cooperatieve personeel, aan alles wordt gedacht voor je.

'Honest, helpful and friendly staff. Property is clean and beautiful. Nice breakfast buffet—had at least 5 different kinds of food. Good tea and coffee. 24hour room service was quick and food was tasty. One thing though I had a hard time connecting to the wifi (even also at the airport wifi— not easy to connect) but was able to connect at the lobby wifi. :)
