'Under renovation, dust everywhere, walls are a mess, no room numbers, couch inside room unable to sit as the springs were broken. Drink machines out of order. Lady cooking breakfast was confrontational and rude. Told me if I didn’t like it there, I didn’t have to stay there. Not able to eat in the rooms as “ why do you think it’s a mess upstairs?
