Give second thoughts about staying.
Appears to be in the much needed remolding stage as our room was clean but the desk and chest had broken drawers, plus commode seat was very loose. Breakfast was not at all appealing as we just left and went to a near-by Chick-fil-A and had a very enjoyable breakfast. When checking out I mentioned to the desk clerk about the breakfast area being on the real cool side and his reply was (its cold outside).

Not a normal Ramada
This facilities had zero amenities. The pool, shuttle, WiFi, exercise room and everything else has been shut down. The shuttle van is actually sitting in the parking lot though. They ripped us of with a ‘deposit’ that hasn't been refunded yet. The do not disturb sign was ignored. We were woke up by beating on the door. We had to shout multiple times we did not want housekeeping. Then they returned and did the same thing an hour later. We also had some very old ice cream in our room’s freezer. Very disappointed with this version of a Ramada.

Property was alright. The hotel is under renovations. So there was no indoor pool or restaurant. The sign in the lobby informed us the pictures online were not accurate as to what the hotel actually looked like in reality. There was a bit of water damage on the ceiling and the elevator didn’t work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very basic but fair for the price. The continental breakfast was good compared to some places. We would be repeat guests overall. Dairy Queen was next door but using google it’s confusing to get to the hotel. It was quiet at night and every day staff cleaned the room.

I did not like that the Expedia customer service told me the hotel would take cash for a deposit and the hotel did not accept cash. Secondly, I was surprised the replacement hotel provided by Expedia required a $150 deposit. I wished the customer service person had communicated this before booking th he room.

They Couldn’t Pay Me to Stay Here Again.
Front desk staff was very polite and courteous, however this was an awful hotel experience. While walking down the hallway to the room we noticed a random internet cord dangling from the ceiling. Some of the wiring IN the room had live wires dangerously exposed. They failed to mention the hotel was under construction leaving several common areas of the hotel inaccessible and the temperature very uncomfortably cold. We arrived at breakfast 1 hour after it started, and was informed there was no more hot food, only muffins and cereal. The pool was inaccessible, and there was no gym, suites, arcade, shuttle, rollaway beds or elevators.
This was placed at the front desk upon check in.

Worst hotel stay of my life
There was renovations being done as early as 7am. The interior of hotel was freezing!! The debit card I used for the reservation and the credit card I used for payment were both charged. I had to wait until Monday morning to clear up the overcharging with my credit union. There was no fresh fruit at the continental breakfast. I only had processed foods to choose from it was a HORRIBLE STAY.

Everything that was on the web page was not true they were remodeled so you couldn’t use the pool and the spa the gym or any of the entertainment. Breakfast was not good at all so overall experience was horrible I had to come back earlier than what I expected

I reached around mid night and was assigned a room. The room i was assigned, its door locks didnt work. I was then given a double bed room when i had paid for a king bed room. The wifi didnt work for the whole of the stay.

I found used needles in the room in a drawer was used for drugs it looked like and was left in there that’s definitely a safety hazard

I payed for my stay while booking even then hotel charged me again. I told them to give refund on Sunday and its Thursday I haven't had any refund on top of it no one is receiving my call. The condition of room was terrible. there were only 2 sockets working and even they were so loose if you plug in your charger it would fall off.

Rooms are smelley, and i have to change the room twice because of their restroom and neetness.

Very run down and dirty
Unfortunately, this hotel was very run down. The tub wouldn't hold water, the water itself was very rusty. There was a musty smell throughout the rooms and the hallways. It appears that they are either in the process of renovating it or tearing it down.

We got no sleep because there were people coming in the unlocked side door all night long to buy pot and who knows what else. Teh banging of the outside door and the drug dealer's hotel room was non-stop. The hallways smelled of marijuana, and I was asked if I wanted to buy any illegal drugs at 8 am in the hallway. This was an awful experience.
