'The room very basic and in need of a refurbishment the carpet was stained with burn marks, the bed very uncomfortable and not the cleanest, the bathroom had stains and was in need of a deep clean, furniture was in serious need of a coat of paint, along with the whole part of the hotel. Check-in was confusing with key boxes on the wall for each room, but access is via the key coded digital front door lock. The hidden digital locks on the room door handles can be confusing for new arrivals. Room was basic and very noisy at street level, with only wooden blinds that let light in.
