Welcome to YaSou Loutraki – Spacious Residence near the Sea, a charming 130 m² holiday home where traditional Greek character meets modern comfort.

Located in a peaceful, green area of Loutraki, just about 200 metres (2–3 minutes' walk) from the sea, our spacious ground-floor residence is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends and guests seeking a relaxing Mediterranean getaway.

The Residence

Designed for comfort, privacy and flexibility, YaSou Loutraki accommodates up to 7 guests and offers:

- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- 2 bedrooms with spacious double beds
- A versatile third bedroom featuring a single bed, a sofa bed and a work desk. Depending on your group's needs, this room can also serve as a comfortable additional sitting area.
- A welcoming living and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
- Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine
- Fresh bed linen, towels and beach towels

Natural wood, stone details and warm traditional Greek touches create a cosy and inviting atmosphere throughout the residence.
