'Great little cabin for a quick trip. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for my family of 4 - kids ages 2 & 4. There is a cute creek and big rock they climbed in the morning as I made breakfast. The use of Nordic Village amenities is key! The cabin is very small, but it was everything we needed. 'We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!'

'Even though we came up for the eclipse, the stay was very nice! The house was clean and comfortable, the host thought of so many nice touches! We hiked nearby and enjoyed the town of Gorham and the train up Mount Washington. All was very relaxing and a wonderful getaway!'

'The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with the AC not working and the smoke detector going off in the middle of the night. The property was mostly clean except for the windowsills (we had to open the windows to air out the woodstove smoky smell downstairs) and the used kleenex on a kitchen shelf. The bed was very comfy. 'The overall size of the cottage was more than enough for my spouse, myself and our yellow lab. We spent our vacation hiking so it was a convenient location as well when we traveled to the white mountains. And as a vegan I liked that it was within close proximity to a number of vegan friendly options.'

'We had a few hiccups (cleaning company hadn’t come) but fortunately the people before had left the house in good condition. The owner was so really responsive and tried to fix the situation as quickly as he could which we really appreciated. Also, The top bunk does not have a rail so I would avoid having kids up there if you can!'

'Nick and Ariel have a very special place. Their property is a quintessential lakeside camp with everything you need for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the area. The cottage was very clean, had comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grills. We especially loved the screen porch at night and the easy access to Highland Lake. The association neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again next summer.'

'I toook a long girls weekend with family and friends, the camp was very clean and comfortable. Allison the host had provided just about anything you could think of that you would need, from snacks to frosted mugs in the freezer.
