'This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles.'

'Host was great at communicating and answering a few questions I had. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Great view and is exactly like it’s pictured. Pool was a tad chilly outside but plenty of chairs around pool and short walk directly to the beach was nice for our girls to walk while we enjoyed the balcony views. Room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Had a great week and would return again in the future. '
