'We stayed at the property in March for a few days for Spring Break with our 2 boys (ages 12 & 14). It was a wonderful little home and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was great. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The Key Colony beach club was a 2 min walk and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. We watched the sunset at sunset park which was great too! All in all we really enjoyed '

'We were temporarily relocating away from cold weather and couldn't have asked for a better place to do that. This is by far the best home we've rented over the past decade. Rental contact was super responsive and the home itself was clean and very well appointed. Highly recommend and plan to return!'

'Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen supplied well with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. A/C was nice a cold. The outside was like a little slice of heaven for us. We couldn’t have been any more pleased with our choice.'

'The place was exactly as listed. We had activities planned in Key West and enjoyed the short drive to/from for less cost than booking in Key West. The sunset views were amazing. The stairs that lead to to the bedrooms and main bath are quite steep so if you have a person with mobility issues these could be an issue. '

'I’ve been coming down to the upper keys for years and this was by far the best property yet. Some have ocean, some have docks, some you can go out in the ocean from shore and some you can’t. This one has amazing ocean views, swim from shore ocean and a dock to fish or dock your boat. Even caught a couple tarpon and cuda off the dock. House was clean and exactly as described. On my short list of go to properties for the future.'

'Excellent but inflexible for no reason.One dissappointment is that we were denied access one hour before just to drop off our bags. Room was ready so there was no reason not to allow it'

'Wonderful place to stay for a vacation in the Marathon area of the Keys! Canal front location with lovely sunrises! Owner and property manager very responsive. Check in was simple. Nice kitchen to make some meals and comfy beds to get a good night’s sleep! '

'This property was perfect for what we wanted for our vacation!! The Two Conches marina is right around the corner, accommodates for fuel, accessible by boat, and carried everything needed for our stay! There was an ice machine a block away that provides bulk ice which is always a plus! No boat needed to fully enjoy ALL the keys has to offer right here from the private sea wall!!! The owner is very nice, very friendly and accommodating! Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future! '
