No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. The decor is modern and light with a stunning fireplace and upholstery. Bubbling hot tub on decking is the icing g on the cake . Very relaxing .Lots to do in the area . Worthing , Brighton Arundel and Chichester to visit and lots of pubs and restaurants nearby .'
