'The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys.'

'This house was the best water front with a pool in the lower keys for the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking again. I wouldn’t expect a brand new house and there was some things that were less then pristine about the house but isn’t most things in the Florida Keys. Side note accessing the slips by water is a bit of a challenge. Cudjoe Bay is shallow! 2 houses south has buoys use them and head out that way. '

'My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time. '

'We loved our stay! The home was WONDERFUL and the location was perfect! A bonus was it was only a few minutes away from The Square Grouper restaurant which we thought was one of the best restaurants in The Keys. The homehad everything - 5 spacious bedroom, a WONDERFUL large porch overlooking the pool and the ocean, a large pool, a hot tub, bicycles, and kayaks. It was beyond what I expected and I would definitely stay there again!'

'Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated. '
