'First, Tammy was wonderful to communicate with. When I booked the stay, the dates got mixed up and I immediately requested a change of booking. Tammy got back to me promptly and was able to accommodate the dates we'd be on the island. The home is so well equipped and modern yet still holds the feel of being a heritage home. 'This is a wonderful property that exceeds its online profile. While it was just the two of us, this lovely and comfortable house is well equipped, and could easily accommodate two families. 'A lovely little house, with views of the Northumberland Strait which you can sit and look at from a screened deck area - so you are mosquito free. It is off the beaten track at a quiet area of the island but it is so beautiful. Within walking distance of a small beach and driving distance to so many more!'

'What an incredible place. Sunshine Beach House is a treasure on a beautiful island. The beach house was fully stocked and beyond, making cooking a breeze and a pleasure. Everything you could need and more was there. The house was immaculately clean and the beds were super comfy with really soft bedding. The views were to die for and the proximity to the water was second to none. We loved our daily walks on the beach to treasure hunt. Simply a wonderful place to call home for a week!'

'This property was amazing, from the screened porch, to the comfort throughout, had absolutely everything tou need and then some! We had 7 ladies get together for a spa day and two minutes down the road was out cottage, absolutely beautiful spot, highly recommend!'

'Cottage was very clean and comfortable. When we weren't out exploring the island, we enjoyed the peace and quiet on the back porch with the view of the sea. Thank you,Tammy, for the local goodies. They were a treat. My only suggestion would be to have written instructions at the house with the Wi-Fi password. We struggled to find it, and without CP service outside the US, we had no way to contact anyone to answer our questions.'
