The location of the apartment is truly ideal.

It is next to Mullet Bay Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and close to the beautiful coves of Cupecoy Beach.

The apartment is located in front of the golf course, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and just a few minutes’ walk from Cupecoy Marina.

The bathroom is spacious and includes a washing machine.

Guest access

Check-in is very simple and fully self-service.
You will receive a code on the day of your arrival to unlock the key box and collect the keys.

I am delighted to welcome you to my apartment on this beautiful island. Before booking your stay, I would like to inform you about a situation related to the water supply in Saint Martin.

During your stay, there may occasionally be temporary interruptions in the water supply due to maintenance work carried out by GEBE, the company responsible for water distribution on the island. From time to time, GEBE performs maintenance and improvement work on their water production facilities, which can result in temporary water interruptions in certain areas of the island.

Please note that these interruptions are not specific to the apartment or the building. Our building, constructed in 2019, is a relatively new property.

We will do our best to inform you in advance if we receive notice of planned interruptions. However, most of the time we do not receive advance notice and cannot anticipate them.

We recommend that guests keep bottled water available to minimize any inconvenience during these temporary situations.

As these interruptions are beyond the host’s control, temporary water supply interruptions cannot give rise to refunds or compensation.
