Prachtig strand Fr. Penthouse / nieuwe furn./ Rainbow Club

Welkom bij THE ISLAND HOME! We zijn op een privéstrand bij Rainbow Beach Club. Dit penthouse geeft u het meest geweldige uitzicht. Niet alleen een uitzicht op de oceaan, je kijkt overdag naar het zwembad, de golf op het privéstrand en de prachtige Caribische Zee. 'S Nachts heb je het stadslicht aan de zijkant. We hebben ook een eigen groot terras om te zonnebaden. Deze eenheid ligt aan de rand van de zee, je staat op de eerste rij, er is niets tussen jou en de Caribische Zee. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. 2 AC, 5 fans en zeebries op de bovenste verdieping. Een volledig uitgeruste moderne keuken met nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, nieuw meubilair, nieuwe comfortabele bedden - stevige maar zachte kussens. Een 50 inch flatscreen-tv met Netflix. De turquoise zee hier is prachtig! Het water is zo helder dat je de rotsen eronder kunt zien. U kunt ontspannen, een glas wijn drinken op ons privébalkon terwijl u kijkt naar de golven / het witte water of de zeilboten / cruiseschepen die voorbij varen. Ons appartement gelegen in het beste deel van St. Maarten - Cupecoy, slechts 7 minuten met de taxi vanaf het vliegveld. Bus stopt voor de poort. We zitten in een gated community, 24/7 bewakers. 3 zwembaden, waarvan 2 aan zee. Een daarvan is een zoutwaterzwembad en het is geweldig voor de huid. Op loopafstand van Mullet Beach en golfbaan (5 minuten). Casino, restaurants, gebak / koffie, 3 kruideniersverhalen en de American University of Caribbean Medical School. Kom naar ons ongerepte privéstrand. Wij bieden zwemmen noedels en zwemvesten in het appartement voor de waterliefhebber. We hebben ook zandstoelen en zandparasols en strandlakens. Dit apparaat is prefect voor een paar romantische uitje, huwelijksreis / jubileum. en een geweldige plek voor ouders die hun kinderen op de medische school bezoeken. Deze plek is een paradijs! Kom genieten van de Caribische levensstijl en geniet van de prachtige St. Maarten zonsondergang!

mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht

Mooi ruim appartement, met twee balkons en geweldig uitzicht. Twee ruime slaapkamers en twee badkamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee zwembaden beneden en Eigen strandje met trap te bereiken. Heerlijk genieten dicht bij de luchthaven en zeer centraal gelegen.

The complex was safe and secure. The views were spectacular with your own private beach..The prettiest beach in my onion. The pool was great and landscaping beautiful! Easy check in. Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I wanted a place to get away and recharge and this was perfect. The pictures are exactly what we experienced. Beautiful views, nice place, quiet pools, private beach, serenity...All the essentials are within walking distance if you don't have a car. You could walk to Mullet Beach if you want to be around people and beach bars. We had a rental car and it didn't take but minutes to get to Maho area, Marigot area, and Simpson beach area.Susan was amazing very helpful and informative. Directions to and for check in/out were easy. We will be back!

Birthday Vacation

Well after very much research I came across this beachfront location on Vrbo. The place was so nice and clean and well the view speak for it self, just breathtaking. This place is like 10 minutes from Maho I would say, but honestly it’s a very relaxing and quiet here I loved it. There is a store right outside the condo if you happen to Forget something. As for eating they have and areas called Jordan village which again it’s walking distance, they only thing is that they seem to make up there own hours well some establishments. Don’t expect to find much on the internet they seem to live more simple and not to worry about keeping up with social media. None the less it was good to just walk and see what we found. The tide seem to be a little rough from what the locals where telling us but you can always walk to Mullet beach which is again it’s not far and the water seem to be a little calmer. Locals are definitely very helpful and nice, we had a taxi driver named Thomas who we highly recommend also. They front desk will call a taxi if you need one but honestly we just walked @ since everything you might need is closed by. Oh and that spiral staircase,can be seen when you are first landing into the island.

Spectacular View Ocean Front Penthouse

The apartment is very nice and the view of the beach from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. A Private beach and three different pools are available. Safe and convenient location. The only problem we had was the bad/mattress which creates a lot of noise when one person is turning or getting up. Communication with the owner is easy and she has a lot of suggestions about activities on the island. We really like our stay and highly recommend it!

Great place. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful and a great place to relax with coffee or drinks. The location was very secure and quiet. It was also easy to get around the island from our location. We noticed a few issues with the stove and dishwasher which we reported to the owner and am sure will be resolved quickly. Her help in planning our trip was very appreciated. Thank you Susan!

Beautiful place

Condo was beautiful and clean. Pools and sunset was amazing! View of the ocean was amazing. Host was easy to communicate with and service was excellent! The only downfall was that the beach wasn’t nice. Water was really rough with lots of waves. But you could walk 10 minutes to Mullet beach which was beautiful.

Perfect stay in amazing surroundings

The pictures on the listing look great. But to truly appreciate it, you need to see it in person. Waking up in the morning and opening the storm shutters and seeing blue clear water, makes you know you have rented the right place. I will miss the view. Susan, the owner, was very easy to deal with. She communicated all info required and then some. Many of her suggestions we used, and it made for an even more enjoyable trip. We tried several beaches, but found ourselves enjoying the private beach. Many times it was just us there, and felt like we were in our own personal paradise on the Island.The restaurants and food were amazing. So many choices and so many top notch restaurants. All priced very reasonably.You will see people down at the pool getting to the loungers and sometimes never leaving. Probably out of fear that they will not get the same lounger. Most of these people stay at units that don't have ocean view. Having this unit gives you the ability to have all that the pool view offers, but you can leave your balcony, fix a drink/food and come right back to your balcony to take in the views and sun.The security people got to know us, and of note, Sharon, one of the Security people working the gate was a gem. She always had a smile and greeted you when coming or going.Overall, I would recommend this unit. I will definitely book for our return trip to the Island. Great condo with fabulous views in ideal location

The views from this condo are stunningly beautiful. The unit is well equipped and decorated, with AC throughout. Very comfortable master bed. The balcony for morning coffee and evening sundowner was lovely. The area is ideal with nearby beaches, bars, restaurants and small grocery store and bakery. Susan, the host, was terrific. She supplied lots of helpful information, and stayed in touch before and during our stay. Definitely hope to return

Amazing location!

The location of this unit could not have been any better! The water was phenomenal and the area was nice and quiet with lovely places to eat and grocery shop.Wish there were better bedding and bath towels. We couldn’t use 1/2 the towels we were supplied. I would tell renters to bring their own! Also wish the outside deck area had a nicer table and chairs to sit on to enjoy breakfast and possibly even a grill to BBQ. Definitely needs 4 beach chairs! We were planning on purchasing two but there was no place around to buy.

Great beach

Three of us stayed in this property for the pre Christmas vacation. We loved this beach even before. After staying in this unit, we loved it even more.We used both balconies. Patio/balcony is amassing with the view of the ocean and plains flying out and into the airport. We had morning coffee there and sometimes stayed for a night on the lounge chairs.We found everything we needed for our stay inside the unit, thank you to the hostess. I enjoyed master bedroom the most with Mediterranean theme. Very comfortable.Property itself is very safe and has great views. A lot of good restaurants in 5 minutes walk distance.We loved beach the most, but still took time to visit pools, good times.I recommend this property for adults as well as family with small kids.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!!!

This was our first time in St. Martin. I fell in love with the pictures of this unit. The pictures cannot capture how wonderful this place is. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. But the VIEW!!!! Oh my gosh!!! The view from the balcony and the private terrace cannot be described!!!! Absolutely breathtaking!!!! The pools were fantastic. Our own private beach! Communication with Susan, the owner, was immediate. She also was so helpful in suggesting places for us to eat and visit. We know we will go back again and will stay right here! St. Martin was wonderful. We had terrific food, people on the island were so friendly and nice. This unit is not far from airport. Nicely located. Our stay was amazing ! The ten minute drive from the airport to the well maintained, secured condo complex was easy. The condo is just as pictured, it had everything we needed and more! It is very spacious, clean & comfortable with breathtaking views from the double balconies! The two pools were both fabulous and the private beach access with the spiral staircase was picture perfect. Our host could not have been more accommodating with lots of great information on where to go from beaches, bakeries, bars and restaurants to plenty of choices for activities! It was helpful to have rented a car as it was our first visit. We took advantage of being able to explore the many beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants this island has to offer! I would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed, just sad to have to leave it.
