Good Choice
The service at the hotel was great. The rooms are relatively clean. The breakfast could have greater choice And warm food-eggs were always cold. Definitely a place to consider when staying in Luanda since the hotel is very central.

Reasonable Place to Stay
After reading some reviews I was a little worried about staying here, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel provides decent, clean accommodation in the centre of town. The staff were very pleasant and helped me out with my requests. (Did some printing, gave me a late check out and found me a cab etc.) Admittedly I did have to ask for some things more than once but this is standard for Angola. It is a little annoying that you have to pay for every meal or make a pre-payment with the front desk. Wifi was OK.

Go if no choice. But choice, forget this one
The first time, I've been there, I had some problems during my “check in” and some more (due to the lack of organization). I said in my mind: No problem, it happens. They need to learn and no hotel in perfect. The second time I've been there, I realized that they were just totally disorganized and they don’t care about customers. I did an early check in (that I paid). My room was not ready, I slept in the sofa (in the bar) during 90 min, and I realized that some rooms were in fact ready, but the receptionist did not how to find it. I lost 50% of one night. Everything has to be paid in advance (when you check in). If you need a dinner in your room here again, you can't charge your room (paid cash or CB). Same for the laundry (pay cash or CB when they bring the clothes). For the food in your room, don't worry, it will arrive after 1h40 (planned 45 min). If you complain, except the manager, most of employees will show you a face like: I don't care!! Then, you can go there if you want. But for me, after 2 journeys of 3 and 4 days, it is the worst hotel I’ve been in Africa.

루완다 호텔
우선 한국인이 거의 없는 루완다에서 호텔 정하는게 제일 어려웠지만 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약을 하게 되어 시내 중심지에서 묵게 되었습니다. 시내 중심에 있어 위치적으로 이동하기 편하며 호텔 오픈이 채 3년밖에 안되어 전반적으로 객실및 식당이 깨끗합니다. 그리고 방에서 인터넷이 되어 정말 업무보는데 도움이 되었습니다.다음번 출장시에도 호텔스닷컴을 이용하여 kyma호텔을 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

Clean and comfortable, but very expensive.
Hotel night staff let the hotel down, i arrived late from the office and missed dinner, ordered room service and had to argue with the waiter who was trying to change me x2 the cost, it was a cash payment. There was no receipt offered and he just shrugged when i asked for one. Very poor.

In the city area of Luanda
Delegation trip, since price is generally hi in Luanda one was hoping for more but this is what you get.... I have been in this profession and the rate they are charging is not up to the delivery expectations. In this city and part of the world it follows what is standard practise. It had what they said on the web page where it was booked so its ok.

Excellent location, good facilities, clean. I don't see any reason to pay an extra $150 for the Epic (just 50 meters from there). But service is not their strongest side. Overall I recommend.

Good Hotel but Luanda hotel prices are extremely expensive. But its good, but its still expensive.
