The resort is just new and you see that the staff is also excited about the resort. There is a free bike if you want to ride around the town. The restaurant is very nice. 'Very pleasant. The hotel is just outside the center of Lubang Pralang but bicycles and a hotel bus are available to get you to the center. The staff is very professional and friendly and they do make you feel very welcome. The rooms are kept clean and tidy. This hotel is the best example of the friendlyness of Laos.'
