  • PATRICIA is een ruim appartement met 2 verdiepingen gelegen binnen de muren van Lucca, pal naast de oude Romaanse kerk van San Francesco in een zeer rustige centrale hoek van de stad.

    Het appartement is BEREIKBAAR PER AUTO en wordt geleverd met een PRIVÉ-TUIN en een PRIVEPARKING, beveiligd en omheind binnen het pand inbegrepen in de huurprijs.

    Patricia is gerenoveerd met alle moderne gemakken en tot een zeer hoog niveau met moderne merkfaciliteiten van topkwaliteit.

    De tuin is omheind en heeft een elektronische poort voor toegang met een auto. De patio direct buiten de woonkamer is geplaveid en heeft een tafel en stoelen om te dineren en een bank met 2 fauteuils om te genieten van de buitenlucht en de oude bomen en blauwe regen rondom worden 's avonds verlicht.

    De ruime woonkamer komt uit op de tuin en heeft een Frans raam met uitzicht op de patio. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 4 personen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met vaatwasser, wasmachine / droger, magnetron, oven, vriezer, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en broodrooster. De balie heeft een ontbijttafel met 2 krukken met uitzicht op de tuin buiten. Op de eerste verdieping, de slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een ruime kledingkast, een grote openslaande deuren met terras met uitzicht op het groen en een luxe badkamer met een ruime ingebouwde douche.

    Het appartement wordt geleverd met een zeer betrouwbare wifi-verbinding door het nationale telefoonbedrijf.

    Het appartement is volledig airconditioned!

    Minimaal verblijf is 4 nachten.

    Winterverwarming wordt berekend voor 7 euro per dag of volgens het verbruik voor lange termijn verhuur.

    Houd er rekening mee dat u voor het gebruik van de fiets een verantwoordelijkheidsverklaring moet ondertekenen

    Er is een extra vergoeding om te betalen aan de eigenaar bij aankomst van 50 euro voor elke boeking

Een perfect stadsappartement. Overtrof onze verwachtingen.Het appartement is stijlvol en doordacht ingericht. Alles super schoon. Zelfs een buiten zitje. Parkeren op eigen afgesloten terein.Je loopt van het appartement zo de gezellige historische stad in.Wij kunnen dit iedereen aanraden!

Schöne Wohnung...

Sensationell gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der eigene Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Terrasse sind nicht zu toppen.

Perfect Location and Space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable for 11 days. It was centrally located and the building was quiet and the parking was such an added bonus. We will be back!

Tolle Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung, in der ich mich zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und zudem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Absolut ruhige Lage.

A beautiful apartment with a private spot for our car.

It is located on the ground floor with a nice courtyard where to come back after a our trips. The apartment is in an excellent, central location. It is very clean and well equipped. Can't wait to come back.

Great apartment

The support was also amazing - great staff! Private feedback: - the mattress is very hard - I'm sure this is cultural as we northern Europeans enjoy softer mattresses but we both felt our backs after a few nights! - it's amazing we can park at the house - would just clarify in the directions upfront that you can pass the ztl camera without any issues given the camera is turned off to avoid any confusion

This place was well appointed and had lovely views. It is located on the ground floor and have a private car spot (very convenient). Very nice accommodations. We had a private cooking class and plenty of space. Enjoyed the balcony and the courtyard at night. Close to everything.

This is perfect location for spendding few days in Lucas

L'acceuil a été très bien fait par la personne qui nous attendait (maella ?) le fait de pouvoir rentrer la voiture est un plus incontestable. la maison est très calme tout en étant a quelques mètres du centre historique. Nous sommes ravis

+Sehr gute Lage, wertvoller Privatparkplatz, gute Kumminikation und Untersützung, Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet -leider sehr viele Mücken auf Terrasse und Balkon, -Fliegengitter wären notwendig, weil man kaum lüften kann Insgesamt aber durch die tolle Lage empfehlenswer

The apartment in Lucca is centrally located and the private parking space for the car is a coveted advantage when staying within the walled part of this city. When entering the city, use the Porta Elisa for easy access to the apartment. Be warned of the ZTL limited car access zones when driving in or out of the city. We parked the car for 3 days and just walked around Lucca and explored its many different shops and restaurants. There are Michelin star restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed dinner on the first floor bedroom balcony and quiet moments on the patio, just outside the large entrance door. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Lucca.

Perfect location

We had a change of apt, the week before travel but we’re not disappointed with the alternative given. The apt was in a perfect location, nice and quiet but just a short stroll to restaurants and shops. Couldn’t fault it one bit.

a perfect spot in Lucca

Sonia's apartment was perfect for our stay! Me and my husband were very comfortable there. The garden is magnificent for early morning coffeea glass of wine in the evening. We used the bicycles nearly every day and the location was superb. Sonia was very kind and helpful. We adore Lucca and will definitely return when we do we will certainly try to stay here again.

Absolut empfehlenswert !!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen gepflegten Ambiente war perfekt. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Es liegt wunderbar central und trotzdem Nachts absolut ruhig. Super auch der PKW-Stellplatz im Garten !!. Sehr gute Restaurants sind z.B Trattoria la Dritta Restaurant La Norma sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Hidden gem in heart of lucca

I cannot recommend this property highly enough (and i am a fusspot!) the location with own parking and outside garden area were ideal. Easy driving in and out of the city. 1 minute walk into a gorgeous square with bars/restaurants and a mini supermarket. An additional mirror either in the bedroom/downstairs if bathroom is occupied!

Excellent location in Lucca

We were staying for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the location of this beautiful appartment. Important was for us the dedicated car parking place which is a big plus of the property. Communication with the agency and even the owner was easy and they were all very helpful. To mention is also the little balcony and the table and chairs in the garden directly in front of the entrance to the appartment - it’s secluded and perfect for a breakfastlunch in the sun. We would stay there again if we were to return to Lucca!

Wonderful find in Lucca

Beautiful apartment with private parking inside the walls of Lucca. Luxury apartment with great decor and immaculate. Has a small patio with comfortable furniture and a balcony off the upstairs bedroom. Property manager met us there within 10 minutes of our arrival. Chiara was professional and very pleasant. We will be back.

It was not the host's fault that the streets were closed. We had a very difficult time getting to the property because of the closures. The host finally found us and lead us to the property having us drive through a pedestrian walkway.But the real problem with the property is an incredibly uncomfortable bed. A new mattress should be purchased. We left a day early because we needed a good sleep.

Perfect place to discover Lucca

The perfect location, the clean rooms and the fact that you could parc the car just beside the appartment. The Baking pans are not good quality, my suggestion is to replace these.

Lovely apartment with free parking near everything

Spacious apartment near a fabulous small plaza with great little coffee cafes. Easy to walk to everywhere. Lucca is a small beautiful city within the center. There’s a side little yard to sit outside with a blooming gardenia bush. And also a tiny balcony upstairs with table and chairs. Lucca apartments and villa is very responsive. Thank you. We were two people for four nights and they gave us 4 or 5 coffee pods and one tiny shampoo. Do know there is one bathroom upstairs and stairs have no railings if you have any mobility issues.
