'This place is very cute. The hosts are welcoming and had a little basket of snacks, which we enjoyed.We were a party of 4 adults and 3 medium dogs with plenty of space!The pond and gazebo area is fantastic. The ducks come right up to you! There are so many turtles and fish and you can feed them!Plenty of towels, hand soap, and blankets as well. The beds are comfortable and have lots of pillows. Lufkin is a cute small town with plenty to do and this is a good location!'

'It was a clean, well-maintained room with fresh linens, spacious enough to move comfortably. I had a restful sleep in the comfortable bed, feeling relaxed and refreshed. '

'This hotel is very nasty. The bed had dry blood on it. There was nasty food left in the microwave. The sink was locked up a very horrible experience mold on the carpet live wires hanging from the ceiling just to all around nasty experience and unsafe as well'

'The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and greeted everyone coming and going. I'm not sure what air freshener they used but it was amazing. The breakfast was top notch. Would stay there again. '
