This one-bedroom apartment consists of a living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), TV for a movie after a day of sightseeing, dining area with a table for 2 and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. There\'s a double bedroom, suitable for two people. Finally, a bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

The private garden is furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining during nice weather.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment has an outdoor parking space. (max length:4.50m)

Pazzallo is a neighborhood of Lugano just minutes from downtown. There are numerous typical restaurants in the area, such as Grotto San Salvatore. From here it is easy to reach the summit of Monte San Salvatore, either on foot along a challenging trail or by funicular, which has a stop at Pazzallo. The beautiful and scenic Carona can also be reached in a few minutes.

The center of Lugano is just a 15-minute drive away.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: in 6 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano Paradiso station take bus No. 434 direction \"Carona, Paese\" for 4 stops and get off at \"Pazzallo, Ai Ronchi\" stop. In a 2-minute walk you will reach the apartment.
