'This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! '

'This was our first time in Waikiki and we were very happy with the hotel! It's a bit old and outdated, but we got everything we needed: comfortable bed, clean sheets, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave and valet parking. What I loved the most was the staff! JR was delightful and the reception was amazing! Also the location is perfect! Close to the freeway and a 10 min walk to Waikiki beach. Will definitely come back next time! :) '

'This was the 2nd time that we were in this hotel. I like it isn't a huge hotel, the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel is close to the beach, shopping mall. We love to come back!'

'I really liked the friendly service and the cosey hotelbar. The room was o.k. and clean when we arrived, but for me housekeeping came a little bit to early in the morning. I've mentioned that a couple of times at the receptiondesk but still they came at 8 am in the morning. So after a couple of days we hang up the do not disturb sign until we left the room (usually between 9 and 10 am) but they never came back at a later time so there was no more cleaning after that. 'Goede kamer met prima bedden en badkamer. Ontbijt is simpel, maar de locatie van het ontbijt, rond het zwembad, is vreselijk. Ook erg winderig. Liften (3) in kleine toren zijn snel en geen probleem.'
