'Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, amazing location, and great communication from the host. It is a lively neighborhood with some street noise, but no louder than I'd expect for downtown in a college town. Definitely didn't disrupt our sleep (only mentioning because another review called out street noise). We liked watching the neighbor's cat sunning on a windowsill We were only there for one night, but hope to return for more time in the future. Thank you!'
