'Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. '

'The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Children playing in the hall was very disturbing since there is nothing to absorb the echoing sounds in the hallway. I think it's a fairly new property and may still be dealing with growing pains. It's a small property but that's ok. It's right on a pretty beach with clean water. That's also a plus. The big problem is how isolated it is. There are other small hotels nearby but nothing in the way of things to do or other places to...

'Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A variety of foods. We were on C side. With pool view and it was lovely. Hotel seems to be doing some well needed upgrades. But delta clean and safe. And beach front. Similar vibes to Mexico. As a Canadian. '

'There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can.'

'I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it felt much closer to a 3-star experience than the advertised 4 stars. For a property charging over $250 per night, the overall value and quality were disappointing. One major issue was the TV entertainment. There were virtually no channels available , not even basic local channels. The only option was to log into Netflix or other streaming services using your personal account, which can be difficult or impossible for international travelers...

'I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. '
