'Booked a deluxe room with a king bed facing the garden. Even had a dressing gown. Plenty of tea bags so we were very happy. So clean and bathroom right next door. Raj was very informative about the area and as it was a lovely evening we ventured out for a pleasant walk into the centre. Jessica prepared us a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice and she was very welcoming and chatty. We stayed there before going to Harefield Hospital for 9 in the morning which was a short...

'Anthony was a very helpful host. We appreciated the full use of the kitchen and the washing machine.'

'The description of the property was very descriptive. We booked the master suite which turned out to be a bedroom with a shared bathroom. We were never shown the lounge or the dining room. The hosts were never around. There was no fire alarm in the kitchen. There were no procedures regarding fire etc. The place is very very tired and looked uncared for. We would definitely not recommend this property.'

'Cutlery althogh not used- dirty, bed horrible- no sleep '

'The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊'

'Een super mooie landelijke locatie en een heel charmante slaap- en eetkamer. Vriendelijke eigenaresse.'

'We hadden dit guesthouse geboekt omdat we hiervandaan makkelijk met de metro naar hartje londen konden , de kamer was best wel ruim en ook dichtbij de winkels voor het avondeten. En ik heb heerlijk geslapen, en parkeer ruimte zat '

The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few...
