Dear Madam, dear Sir, We are awfully sorry that your stay in our hotel doesn't meet your expectations. We took note that some persons made troubles and noises outside. The receptionist called twice the police. The station area is not the quite one but the City of Luxembourg does its best to improve the quality of life. Thank you for your comments, although we are surprised to read only the negative things about the outside of the hotel.Unfortunately, we are not responsible for what happens in the neighbourhood and we cannot manage the people on the street.Our area is not as dangerous as you mention and certainly not more dangerous than other cities in Europe or elsewhere.Apart from all that! how was your stay? how did you find your room? what did you think of our services?We don't think we deserve a 2 rating with all the efforts made by our team. It's a real shame that your stay in Luxembourg came down to this and we're sorry about that. Because apart from everything else, with the Christmas markets, the city is adorned with beautiful illuminations for the festive season.
