'There was an issue when we arrived, the manger Emily and assistant manger Bernice resolved the issue right away. We were very impressed on how quickly they handled the situation. This place was tucked away and very quiet for peaceful weekend. This place was clean and had everything we needed.'

'Our stay at Snug was so much fun. The cottage is in a great spot with unobstructed views of the canal and an easy walk to the downtown area where we enjoyed drinks and food at some local spots. The fireplace kept us toasty during a snow storm. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make dinner and avoid going out in the storm. Can't wait to come back here in the warmer months.'

'We were in Door County for an engagement party and needed a 2 bedroom for the weekend. What a great choice this turned out to be. The cabin includes a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bath. Everything was very clean and well kept. Andre was super helpful and available the entire weekend for whatever we needed. I highly recommend this fantastic place!!'

'My husband and I along with our two kids stayed here for a quick one night getaway. The house is super comfortable and cute, and was the perfect size for our group. We enjoyed all the little extra amenities throughout the home. Also really enjoyed the hot tub! We hiked the ice age trail which is just a couple minutes down the road. Overall a great stay and Cherry was very prompt and sweet during communications.'

'If you want to get away from the downtown hustle and bustle, this is the place! In a week there, we only saw ducks, geese, one lone swan and two fishermen (once). However within ten minutes you can find wonderful spots to eat or even Christmas shop. I did both!!'

We were a little taken back by the security deposit requirements not given until after booking. We have booked many places with VRBO and never had to take a $150.00 insurance policy for security to cover damage(non refundable). the only other option was to have a excessive hold on card of $5000.00 deposit which could be...
