'This was a VRBO. Room was fine. Communication was good. Three complaints. 1. Parking, don’t go there if you have vehicle. It’s very difficult. There was a parking garage I found just .2 miles from spot. The host could not give any address where to park . Just sent me apps. To find on my own. City had many roads closed to construction. Couldn’t get even close to the street. Said street parking all around. Not what I found to be accurate. 2. We only booked this because it...

'DO NOT BE DECEIVED by what's posted on the website ( in my case Expedia). The pictures posted are great but in reality it's TERRIBLE. Floors are squeaking. Toilet and bathroom and kitchen are common to other guests next door or even from guests upstairs. They have a rule if someone makes a mess in the kitchen, they could charge you big money for cleaning fee, my question was, what if the next door neighbor made a mess, who are they going charge? They also have a rule, if you make stains...

'Lovely apartment, plenty of space and local parking.'

'The apartment is lovely and in a very good location, walkable and with access to transit. For anyone staying there a few days, it's a very good option, but if you need a place for a longer stay, consider this. We were there for two months, and our overall experience was not as positive. For starters, the WiFi was not working. I contacted the host, and they provided access to a network from a nearby apartment, but it did not work well. It took 11 days for them fix the issue, which took 1...

'Great location! Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Host was excellent! Would definitely stay again.'

'I liked the video information very much. I suggest you add a video detailing how exactly to use the clothes washing machine. Such a video was not provided and I could not find the exact model on You Tube for adequate help. Specifically, how to turn off the timer/delay button on R-side panel. When we arrived at the apartment, that time was blinking at 3:00. I suggest making the video similar to how you made directions for using the dish washer in kitchen.'
