'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. 'This property is located in an area where everything from ATM machines, shopping mall, restaurants and transportation is within walking distance. The area is quiet and safe. Plenty of parking is available at the property so there's no hassle for a place to park if you are driving. '

'Lower tier accomodation in the middle of a people neighbourhood. You can walk in the street surounded by children as there is little trafic, and eat from a street eatery, which will allow you to fraternise with its owner, usually a lady. Sympathetic experience overall! A 20 minutes walk from the airport.'

'This villa was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning service comes and clean the entire place daily from dishes, bed, pool cleaning, floors, outdoor area and even sorting out our personal items like folding clothes etc. There’s two specific females that usually work the afternoon and night shifts that we really enjoyed their company, they were lovely, helpful and always greet you with a smile on their face. I forgot their names but if anyone chooses to stay at this villa, you will be in good...
