'Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great.'
'My family and I came here for a 1 day trip to 100 islands. The hotel is new. Service and cleanliness is great. Everyone are so friendly. It’s in a convenient location, right by the warf. You can book your boat tour to the islands and they will pick you up right on the dock of the hotel. They also offer complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2 and pay a small fee for an extra person. Overall, our stay was great and I highly recommend this place. '
'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. No breakfast included but can be added for a hefty amount. The price is high, certainly if you consider the lack of breakfast and slightly...
'After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. '

'Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. As soon as I entered the hallway, there was a strange and unpleasant smell, which I also noticed in the room. After a long journey and arriving at 3:00 AM, I was exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the odor made it impossible to relax. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again."
