'Nette ontvangst, koffers werden naar kamer gebracht. Vriendelijk receptie en security personeel. Goede ligging tov terminal 3 NAIA (bij Newport). Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker. Kamer was heel groot en schoon, met bad.'

'Het is een goed hotel en wat vooral fijn was dat je via de footbridge binnen 10 minuten lopen in de vertrekhal vd airport staat. '

'Withing walking distance of Terminal 3 - there's also a shuttle commuting between the Walkway and the hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of options. A late check-out was highly appreciated. Clean room but maintenance in room 7105 on the shower door (doesn't close) and bathroom door (very difficult to opeen) is required.'

'Net gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd, is nog niet helemaal klaar, maar gerenoveerde kamers zijn zeer netjes. Tevens zeer goed diner buffet, zwembad en fitness.'

'The AC unit must need service because it kept turning off by itself. The room had clear tap pieces still sticking to the ceiling when we entered the room. It appeared as if the rements of a balloon party was held there prior to our booking. '

'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'

'The place itself is fine but the description is way off. It definitely does not sleep seven, at least not seven adults. There is one king bed and one pullout sofa bed that can sleep at most 3 - that is a total of 5. This is reflected in the kitchen too where there are fewer than seven plates, and cups etc.'

'Even when i had an confirmation and already paid for the romm. They could not find it and i had to leave the place at 1.30am at night in search of another hotel . Terrible communication and reception has no facilities or systems to check. It is only an entrance to a studio. Apparently they have enough bookings so do not care to be customer friendly. '
