Try to book a Millennium Club room, then you are on the 9th floor and have a separate checkin and access to the lounge.
The hotel is located at walking distance of the Mall of Asia. They also offer a free shuttle at stipulated times.
The distance to the airport is also a pro.'

'service is quite bad. we checked in late as we came in from another trip. our bags were brought up 1 hour and a half after we got to our room so made us sleep even later. i have special dietary requirements due to my allergies and this was neglected as i had a severe reaction during breakfast at their buffet outlet. staff were not taking me seriously and casual about it. I don't think i will stay here again as service is quite bad.'
