'After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. '

'Yes the room was spotless but the morning breakfast the cook and waiters were slow and gave my meal to another customer, then they made another one and gave it to me wrong, forgetting that I didn’t want butter in my toast. I waited a total of 1 hour to get served my correct plate. Everything else was good '

'A bit older hotel, but super friendly staff. The rooms could use a bit updating but they are absolutely clean. Varied breakfast, small but nice pool. We also loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Try to book a Millennium Club room, then you are on the 9th floor and have a separate checkin and access to the lounge. The hotel is located at walking distance of the Mall of Asia. They also offer a free shuttle at stipulated times. The distance to the airport is also a pro.'

'The place was clean lots of restaurant and 7-11 store nearby. We did have a problem with the door lock but was resolved quickly. Since there was no phone in the room i had to phone the front desk through my cell to let them know of the problem. Otherwise everything is good, the staff, the location'
