'Prachtig hotel met een casino en winkels. Bij aankomst was mijn kamer nog niet klaar en moest ik 10 min wachten, maar ik werd wel geupgrade naar een suite! Wat een mooie grote kamer!
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

'Bedding was dirty but they changed it quickly while we ate dinner. Otherwise it's Red Planet...nice, nothing fancy...just a clean room with cold ac and hot water (hahaha) for an overnight stay. I've stayed with them on many occasions while in Manila as they always fit the bill! Their prices have increased almost double since covid however fyi'

'service is quite bad. we checked in late as we came in from another trip. our bags were brought up 1 hour and a half after we got to our room so made us sleep even later. i have special dietary requirements due to my allergies and this was neglected as i had a severe reaction during breakfast at their buffet outlet. staff were not taking me seriously and casual about it. I don't think i will stay here again as service is quite bad.'

Try to book a Millennium Club room, then you are on the 9th floor and have a separate checkin and access to the lounge.
The hotel is located at walking distance of the Mall of Asia. They also offer a free shuttle at stipulated times.
The distance to the airport is also a pro.'

'After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. '
