'A bit older hotel, but super friendly staff. The rooms could use a bit updating but they are absolutely clean. Varied breakfast, small but nice pool. We also loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Try to book a Millennium Club room, then you are on the 9th floor and have a separate checkin and access to the lounge. The hotel is located at walking distance of the Mall of Asia. They also offer a free shuttle at stipulated times. The distance to the airport is also a pro.'

'Excellent customer service - the staff was so incredibly kind! It's in a safe area that's super close to shopping. I love the bigger fridge, microwave, hot plate/stove, dishes, utensils, and cooking utensils in the room. The only area for improvement would be adding more options for breakfast, but otherwise, this hotel is a gem! I'd 100% stay here again! '

'Everything is good. Most of the appliances and fixtures are new or very well taken care of. Only will be a plus if there is microwave for easy heating on the next day and the masters toilet room shower heater seems not working. But nonetheless it is a very good place to stay. Highly recommended for big family. '

'After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. '
