'Can we just put our card on file for this location EVERYTIME we visit Houston!! The host was very nice when I called her before check-in. Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!'

'We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality.'

'Everything about our stay here was wonderful.'

'The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. The room was beautiful. The bed was not very comfortable as I could feel the springs on my side of the bed. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so I had to dry my hair in the room. The location in relation to Warehouse Live Midtown for concert was excellent. It was a 9 minute walk so we saved on parking. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from on the way to the venue.'

'Very clean stay with the extra touches!'

'Very clean room and a well maintained property. All staff members were very friendly and accommodating.'

'Prima hotel met een voor Amerikaanse begrippen uitgebreid ontbijt. Heerlijk bed en aardige medewerkers. Zwembad foto’s zijn mooier dan in werkelijkheid (uitzicht op parkeerplaats, geen privacy).'

'Une nuit à Houston. Très bon service avec une attention pour la clientèle. Très propre et un bon petit déjeuné. Bien situé. Je recommande.'

'It is convenient and right off the highway and close tk the airport. Clean room and nice walk in shower. Snacks and free water bottle'

'We hadden voor de executive lounge bijbetaald maar die was gewoon niet open'

'Kind of dirty'

'In a central location'
