'Excellent cottage, every thing you need is in the cottage, they left an excellent goody box for us. We would recommend this cottage. Excellent log burner, you should be aware that the stairs are what you expect in a small cottage.'

'Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV. The bungalow has everything needed for self-catering, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable seating and beds.
