'Very cool old house but clean and tidy everything was great'

'Great Stay!'

'We had an excellent stay! Place was nice and homey, well decorated and perfectly clean! Host was on top of making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to Holiday World or Lincoln State Park!'

'Great location, quiet but still close to shopping and restaurants. Use of the garage was a plus as it was raining the day we were packing up to leave.'

'This is a small house on a fairly busy corner. You get the whole house with two bedrooms , a bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but nothing to write home about. Cleanliness is an issue. This would be an okay place for someone who needs an inexpensive place to stay on the east side of Evansville for a week or two. It would be a challenge for a family since the bathroom is tiny, but there are two bedrooms and it was a reasonable size for two people.'

'My extended family really enjoyed our stay at this property. There are many touches that make this a great place to stay including a playroom with ton of games, a fully stocked coffee/tea bar, several newer TVs with all the apps you could want, a phone and electronics charging station, a Britta filter in the fridge, and plenty of extra supplies if you should need more to or paper towels. The host has truly catered to the guest. The beds are comfy and the AC kept up with the current brutal heat...

'The house is conveniently located just off Hwy 41..Communication between the host and I was very good. Reasonably priced stay. There were some cleanliness issues which I brought up to the host. He assured me they would be taken care of , and apologized for them. An overall good stay.'
