'The staff were amazing'

'Property location was probably the best thing about this hotel. The rooms were fairly dated. The seating was uncomfortable. I had to call maintenance to address the air conditioning, because it was not cooling properly. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There is construction ongoing, so everything was torn apart and just didn't look great. If you are staying in this area, I would shop around a bit before booking at this hotel. If I ever return to the Seattle area, I will be avoiding...

'The good: Room was clean and staff were wonderful. There is a large overflow parking lot with plenty of room to park. A back door opens right onto Interurban Trail. There is a cafe in the lobby with a limited selection of Starbucks drinks, sandwiches and your typical egg and bacon breakfast fare. The bad: One of the elevators was down during my stay and the other was doing overtime with a long wait while it stopped at several floors. 'The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. We will definitely stay again.'

'Busy hotel, can be a bit louder for lighter sleepers but that’s why you travel with earplugs in my opinion. Staff is friendly, makes sure everything is handled well from check-in to cleaning to complimentary breakfast. Location is close to the mall, restaurants, and line link station. Rates are decent too.'

'Bij aankomst netjes geholpen maar moest wel met zware koffer 2 trappen op. Kamer aan renovatie toe. Schimmelplekken in kitranden. Wel goed bed en tv. Ontbijt basic maar ok. Personeel wel behulpzaam, netjes geholpen en vriendelijk. Al met al voor niet zo’n lage prijs een nogal verouderde setting.'

'De locatie is prima. Medewerkers zijn ook vriendelijk. Gemakkelijk parkeren dichtbij de kamer. Wij waren met 4 personen op een familiekamer. De locatie is rustig gelegen en we hebben geen geluiden gehoord van andere gasten. Er waren in eerste instantie niet voldoende handdoeken, maar die kregen we na melden direct mee. Wat ons verbaasd heeft is dat er in de omschrijving staat dat je een keuken hebt, maar er in de kamer geen pannen, onvoldoende servies en bestek aanwezig is. Koken is echt niet...

'We sliepen hier 5 nachten. De bedden waren ok. De handdoeken waren schoon. De douche werkte naar behoren. Niks was heel goed maar we kwamen er ook alleen maar om te slapen. De parkeergelegenheid was heel ruim. Dus dat was uitstekend. Het ontbijt hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd.'

'We only stayed one night, so may not fit the profile for extended stay. The room does not have shampoo or showen gel and all in the room, but you can pick it up at front desk. Simple necessities like that should be readily available. '

'At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me...
