Le Coursive is a 44m2 apartment, fully refurbished in 2021, with a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Only 5 minutes walk away from Charpennes subway station, tramway, and buses, and 15 minutes drive from the ring road. The location is ideal wether you need to go to the city center, or East of the city.

Located on the 3rd floor of a lovely, and well-kept building - even without an elevator the walk up is easy. The flat itself is composed of a fully equiped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway leading to the living room with a bedroom opened on this area (without any door). The apartment has a garage.

In the living room, the desk will allow you to work comfortably, and the sofa bed allows up to 4 guests to stay in the apartment.


Quality sheets, towels, carpets and towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival.
To start your stay, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea and herbal tea bags.

To access your apartment, you can choose between :
- An autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a box
- A physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment and give you the keys.
