A first bedroom on the first floor with 1 King Size bed, an office area, a large wall-mounted dressing room and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. A hairdryer and shea shower oil are available free of charge. You will find a second large open bedroom under the roof upstairs with a queen size bed (160*200) and a high-end sofa bed (140*200). A pretty bathroom with vanity unit, shower and toilet is en-suite.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room with all the equipment you may need: oven – microwave oven – dishwasher – large fridge with freezer – induction hob – Nespresso coffee maker (starter pod kit provided) – kettle (tea and herbal tea provided) – toaster – utensils – dishes and everything you need to cook.

The lounge area is comfortable and has a 55-inch HD TV connected. The living room has a large bay window that opens directly onto a beautiful south-facing terrace on the first floor. Enjoy the last rays of the sun on the lounge chairs while sipping a refreshment, savor the calm and the private green space that is offered to you!

You will also find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. A second separate toilet is on the first floor.

Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided.
The accommodations are fully air-conditioned.

Ideal location to visit Lyon or make a stop near Lyon before continuing your journey towards the Alps, the Paris-Marseille or Geneva axis. Direct access to the A43/ A432 / A40/ A6 and A7 motorways via the East highway loop which is 5 minutes from the villa.

2 bus stops (bus 28) are a stone's throw from the villa in direct connection with the T3 tram and metro A which serve the shopping center/TGV station of Part-Dieu and the city center of Lyon. Rhônexpress tramway (Lyon Part-Dieu - Saint-Exupery) 8 minutes by car (5.2km).
