'Super vriendelijke ontvangst, attent personeel. Voelden ons erg welkom. Prachtige kamer. Goed ontbijt'

'Will not be going back to this Hotel.. they asked if we wanted our room cleaned (odd?) but then only came in one day to clean the room. Weird attitude from the front desk, unfriendly staff, and poor communication. We were told we could check in early but when we got there they said it was $150. Additionally, our key stopped working for the room while we were at the gym; the manager gave us a hard time demanding an ID before giving us a new key (our IDs were in the room) thankfully we had...

'Behulpzaam!'

'Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins.'

'Prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel'

'Having a live band playing at that open area next to the hotel made it a bit noisy in the room but thankfully they stopped at 10pm. Also was not expecting to self-park down the block for a $50/day plus the second day self-parking machine didn’t work and I had no choice but to Valet park for $54/day.'

'Lovely staff and hotel!'

'This Yotel doesn’t serve a proper breakfast. In addition, the airco engine is in a cupboard just near your bed. Every four, five minutes you hear two loud ticks, and then the engine starts running. I’v measured the loudness of the noise, well over 60 db. This is not acceptable, by any standard!'

'Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Ok breakfast but with limited choice for what you pay per night. Parking: expensive. '

'My lamp next to my bed was see through glass and you could see the dust on it and in side of it. Looks like bathroom could use some paint. Otherwise clean room.'

'BEWARE!!! I booked this place mainly because it advertised FREE PARKING, but there was NO guaranteed parking available! The surrounding streets had TOWING warnings, so we ended up PAYING for parking elsewhere. POOR COMMUNICATION! The host took around 5 HOURS to respond to our parking concerns, then told us that reading messages was “not a priority.” The alternative parking location was a 20-minute walk away, which felt unsafe at night. We received an overwhelming list of 25+ house rules and...

'Super attentive and helpful staff!'

'Homestay with modern kitchen and nice beds. A lot of instructions for the bathroom and the kitchen! 8 minute walk from the jfk/umass subway station. Free onsite parking.'
