'Did not use many services for one night stay. Staff were great. Dismayed the shuttle stopped at 9pm but it was great the next morning to get me back to the airport.'

'I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately.'

'Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.'

'The gentlemen that I spoke to was not kind and criticized everything he did not explain things and was cynical and very rude . When you are asking for information he tells you read the emails . When you mention you don’t have access to internet and it does not show he you to read again and speaks to you in a condescending way . The apartment is not quiet and the area is not safe at all . TO AVOID not worth it at all !'

'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent'

'Een beetje afgelegen van het centrum. Met geen metro in de buurt. Wel dicht bij Logan Airport. Het is een uitstekend hotel al is de vloerbedekking in de kamers alweer wat te oud. '

'The most amazing views! Early May, so weather was breezy and overall warm but not hot. We loved how easy it was to walk from the property to many restaurants and shops, as well as get take ride share to further away places. Upon arrival we had to have staff re-clean portions of the bathroom because the cleaning crew had not done a satisfactory job; dirt and hair in corners, and hair in the bathtub. The staff on duty when we reported this was immediately apologetic and even though they were...

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'
