'My stay wasn't that horrible. It can use some updating to be honest. One of the issues I had is that the blow dryer didn't work in my bathroom. Called front desk to ask if they had any extra portable ones to use, since the one in bathroom was bolted to the wall, and they didn't have any spare blow dryers. Also front desk stated they didn't have anyone at the time to come look at it to fix. So no follow-up since I made the call to notify. All I got was "sorry for the inconvenience," and mind you...

'We were trying to contact the hotel the entire time to inform them that we would be arriving late, but no one ever answered. We called repeatedly from around 9:00 p.m. until about 1:00 a.m., but were never able to reach anyone at the front desk. At that point, we still had about an hour and a half of driving left to reach the hotel. Because we could not confirm a late check-in, we decided not to take the risk and had to book another hotel along the way, which meant paying for an additional stay...
