'The property was listed as having internet access and WiFi which was essential for my autistic son. It did not have this facility and as such my son had a very traumatic episode. We had to leave immediately after already having travelled 2.5 hours to get there. My son’s trauma lasted for two days. I have not been offered a full refund nor compensation for the travel costs. This is disgusting as the caravan was not as advertised. Had I known there was no internet I would never have booked it.'
