'The Internet on the third floor is not well enough to do meetings. Had to use my cell phone hotspot. Room was nice and clean, but the bathroom sink did not drain very well. Took a long time to clean the sink after shaving.'

'The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable (way to firm) and the A/C did not regulate the heat well, we would wake up sweating or shivering all through the night. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. A pool table(s) would be a welcome addition to the game room. Loved the cookies, and the breakfast. The hotel is one of the nicer areas in Fort McMurray and they are pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just needed a better mattress and better functioning A/C in room 211....
