'The place is like heaven didn’t want to leave the staff from restaurant to concierge services to town and train station the view at the pool and hot tub just after a long day at town the pool closed at 8 and we just missed having a quick hot tub before bed food was excellent from breakfast to dinner then coming back to a chocolate on your pillows at night ~ would love to come again'
'Shockingly disgusting and I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere. Our room was literally infested with hundreds of bugs and huge spiders. At 2:30am, I felt something crawling on my forehead and could not sleep any more. Numerous dead bugs in the bathtub, shower and floor. For the amount of money we paid, over 400 euros, I would have expected a clean place. After discussing it with the receptionist, he said "that is the way it is".'
'Room was pretty dated, room had one double bed and a twin bed as opposed to just having a Queen or King bed, which crammed the room, less space to move. Also shower was pretty dated, like stepping into a bath tub to take a shower, and very little space for moving in the shower. On top of it, room AC didn't work, and we realized it in the middle of the night when we weren't able to sleep and woke up feeling hot. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, not worth the money, its a waste...

Staying at this location perfect and you feel at home and like a sense of family. Unmatched customer service. Great food, great workout facilities and sauna. I can't say anything bad about this lace but I could talk for days about how GLORIOUS this place is. Thanks you so much. We thank you!'
