'This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.'

'Property was nice. Rooms clean. Other guests were nice. Felt safe. But understaffed big time. Nobody ever at the front desk to help you. Tried to buy snacks from the store and couldn’t find anyone to help at front desk. Other people waiting too, all of the time… How is that okay!?'

'Nice, cozy, clean hotel, with a nice bar and restaurant.
The only drawback is having the swimming pool in the middle od the dining area, it was noisy to have breakfast/coffee in the morning. During dinnig times I believe the pool should be closed.
Otherwise the its a great hotel to stay!'

'Cool rooms with the high ceiling and tall window. Pool was smallish and cool, temp wise. No hot tub. But nice rooms. Valet was short staffed so took a bit to get vehicle since waiting on one employee to get back'

'Friendly staff, great hotel. Clean room other than none of the trash cans had trash bags in them & there was some leftover crumbs and things in them. Wish the breakfast was served a little later and the pool/hot tub was open a little later at night.'

'Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband.
Room was clean , beds are comfortable.
Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights).
I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel.'

'Make sure to read breakfast menu before hand before purchasing before stay, some interesting choices that may not be for everyone! The hotel was beautiful, staff was most helpful and kind. Especially the gentleman assisting with transporting the luggage from door to room! Beautiful views of the Mississippi River from the room we stayed in. Valet parking is a nice option but more expensive for larger vehicles which is unfortunate, ended up parking a block away in a garage due to this. Otherwise,...

'Het is een historisch gebouw. Op de zeer koude winterse dagen was de kant van de ramen wel koud in de kamer maar de verwarming was makkelijk naar een hogere temperatuur te zetten.
